While every project is unique and will require a customized approach, there are some constants that will help guide us along the way. The first step always involves a piece of paper, a pencil, and lots of gray matter. We will talk quite a bit about your product as we outline its vision and objectives.
The goal is to take your knowledge of the business and combine it with my own expertise in making sure that relevant information makes its way to your customers through memorable experiences. The road will include prototypes, wireframes, designs, feedback, iterations, code, and most of all results.
Our collaboration doesn’t have to end with the project’s initial scope. Never stop improving. You can count on me to analyze additional findings from your customers and help you make the most of new developments. In fact, I maintain close relationships with the majority of my previous clients.
